Free Introductory Check
Does the right product make it into the cart?
I run a free introductory check: one store, one agreed shopping task, three attempts with one identified browser-based AI assistant. I verify the actual cart—product, variant and quantity—and send you the screenshots and a short findings report. Intake and delivery are email-only. No call required.
Free. Email-only intake. Owner-authorized testing that stops before checkout.
What we test
Easy to find is not the same as easy to order correctly.
A product can be easy to find and still be easy to order incorrectly. I test the steps that connect a shopper's request to the product in the cart.
Product discovery
Can the assistant find a product that meets the shopper's stated requirements?
Fit and compatibility
Does it use your published specifications and recognize when information is missing?
Variant selection
Does it select the intended size, finish, model or configuration?
Cart accuracy
Does the prepared cart contain the agreed product, variant and quantity?
Example tasks
Start with a shopping question that matters.
We agree on one realistic shopping task and use the answer you approve as the reference.
Automotive accessories
Find a phone mount for a specific vehicle year and model, and distinguish a complete kit from a mounting base.
Lighting
Find a fixture in the requested finish and dimensions, then check its published bulb requirements.
Pet equipment
Select a harness using supplied measurements, then confirm the size and color in the cart.
These are example tasks, not findings from customer audits.
